Fevers, coughs and flus seem everywhere right now. Which is why it seems the right time to offer additional support. I’m excited to offer a package of three sessions: one focused on the body, one on the spirit and one on the mind. The three sessions act like three phases; separation from the old, a transition and integration into the new. I will also provide you with some at home practices to help as well as some recommendations to support you along the way. Book your first session here and we will book the rest after your first appointment. If just one of these sessions particularly resonates and you'd like to try it you can book an individual session by contacting me directly. If you would like to come and see me but are unsure because of money worries, you must speak to me. I offer concession and I will do my best to fit you in.
