This privacy policy explains how I, Yanni Webb, collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit yanniwebb.com or get in touch about BodyTalk, Shamanic Illuminations, or lymphatic massage sessions.

What information do we collect

Contact details you give me, such as your name, email address and phone number.
Information shared when booking a free consultation or session, such as preferred appointment times and anything relevant to why you're getting in touch.
If you share information about your health or wellbeing during a consultation or session, this is treated as special category data under UK GDPR. This information is not recorded or stored, it's used only to support you during your session.
Website usage information collected automatically through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, such as which pages are visited and how people found the site.
If you sign up to my newsletter, your email address is collected for that purpose.

I don't take payment through the website. Sessions are paid for by bank transfer or in person, so no online payment information is collected via the site.

How do we collect this information

Directly from you, through the contact form, booking form, newsletter sign-up form, or WhatsApp messages.
Automatically, through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, when you browse the website.

Why do we collect this information

To respond to your enquiries and arrange consultations or sessions.
To provide BodyTalk, Shamanic Illuminations and lymphatic massage sessions safely and effectively.
To send appointment reminders or follow-up information you've asked for.
To send newsletter updates, if you've subscribed.
To understand how visitors use the website, so I can improve it.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your information

Your information is stored securely and used only for the purposes described above. I don't sell your information.

I share information with the following third parties, who help me run the website and business:

Wix.com, which hosts the website and provides the booking, contact form and newsletter sign-up tools.
Google, for website analytics.
Meta, through the Meta Pixel.

I don't share your information with anyone else without your permission, except where required by law.

Information about your health or wellbeing shared during a session is not recorded or stored. Contact and booking details are kept for up to 6 years after your last session, mainly for accounting purposes, then deleted securely.

How do we communicate with you

I may contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm bookings, send reminders, or follow up after a consultation or session.

If you've subscribed to my newsletter, I'll also send you email updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting me directly. I don't use your information for any other marketing without your consent.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools

This website uses cookies through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and, where relevant, to measure the effectiveness of any social media activity.
